the hallway was filthy, like nobody cares. I can't believe I had to light my own way in the dark, woudl ve been nice if someone helped, but of course, no staff around. I expected a lovely upgrade for my troubles, but I guess that's just too much to ask here. such a shame.

The lack of maintenance is glaring!!! Trash in the room from previous guests, filthy hallways, and broken security features left me uneasy. The outdoor area is overgrown, and tools cluttered the pool, making it unusable!!!

The cleanliness was certainly questionable, with stains on the bedding leaving a lot to be desired. However, the comfortable bed was a saving grace, making it somewhat bearable. The staff's responsiveness to requests was lacking, particularly during busy times.

Our stay with two teenagers was enjoyable. The comfy beds and in-room fridge made it easy to kick back. Fresh coffee in the mornings was great, and the TV options kept everyone entertained during downtime.

For dads, it would be great if the breakfast had more protein options.

I loved the cozy ambiance of the king room! It was perfect for unwinding after a long day of adventures, with just the right amount of space to feel at home. Plus, the 24-hour reception.

This place suits me perfectly with great wi-fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and pets allowed. The staff even helped me find my lost ID card on my first stay. I’ll definitely return for another city break.
